The hotel provided an excellent location close to main attractions.
The breakfast service did not meet requirements for international clients from South Africa, neither Namibia. I found the selection rather poor.

the location was close to many tourist areas. the rooms were also quite good. i found the service excellent too.
The carpets need better cleaning. They didn't seem clean enough.

amazing breakfast hourly shuttle big room
The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very warm. the hotel had a shuttle that left hourly for the mall. the room also had very good air conditioning. we loved the big room.
i thought the carpets were not clean enough, they need a change.

The breakfast had MANY options. The shuttle service to the mall was very convenient. The japanese restaurant provided excellent entertainment and very tasty food. It was AMAZING!!!
The room's carpet needed changing. The reception staff seemed a bit rude upon my arrival, which I found off-putting. I requested an early check-in but instead checked in one hour late, with no apology given by staff. This was quite frustrating.
